Direction is limited to the extent that petitioner was required to submit representation within a period of four weeks and, thereafter, within a period of four months grievance of the petitioner was required to be considered. In other words, disputed facts are involved in the matter, therefore, petitioner has remedy of filing suit under the Commercial Courts Act or under C.P.C before the territorial jurisdiction forum.

2. Accordingly, the present M.J.C - Contempt petition stands dropped.
