ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the though an allegation has been made against the petitioners, they have no role to play in the occurrence rather the deceased was having a good relation with her in-laws. It is further submitted that the husband has also been taken into custody.
In view of the fact that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and the main allegation is against the husband, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31762 of 2016 (5) dt.16-12-2016 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 379 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
