This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 11.02.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.34863 of 2015 for extension of time granted to him to surrender before the court below. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of some communication gap between the counsel and the petitioner, the petitioner could not appear before the Court in compliance of the order dated 11.02.2016 within time as prescribed therein.

Time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by the order dated 11.02.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.34863 of 2015 is extended by two weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25553 of 2016 (2) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 today.
