2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 303 and 324(4) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, having deadly weapons, surrounded son of informant, namely Mundrika Kumar Sah and thereafter, co-accused Om Prakash Yadav assaulted son of informant with iron rod due to which he sustained injuries and fell on the ground. It is further alleged that this petitioner snatched gold chain, cash of Rs. 15,000/- and mobile phone from pocket of son of informant.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, simple quarrel took place between the parties and taking advantage of the situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Om Prakash Yadav. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there are general and omnibus nature of allegations. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in order to make the case grave. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
