Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired causing injury at the lower part of the leg of the informant. The Doctor has found simple injury. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58348 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No. 932 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
