Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 186, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that petitioner no. 1 is the owner of the Hywa vehicle bearing registration no. JH 03 AA 9684 and petitioner no. 2 is neither the owner nor the driver of the said vehicle. It is also submitted that the allegation of the truck being overloaded with stone chips is totally false and

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S.
