2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 10 liters of country-made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of this petitioner.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumExclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya in connection with M.U.
