JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal PS Case No. 17 of 2017(S.T. MNo. 537 of 2017) registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's father for the last two months used to live in the house of Ram Babu Singh. On the alleged date of occurrence he was killed and the dead body was disposed of in the river and blood stains were found at his house. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, deceased is stated to be killed at the house of Ram Babu Singh who has also been made accused with others in the FIR and has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. There is no other material against the petitioner except in para 15 of the case diary that this petitioner had acted as mediator in the land dispute in between Chupan Singh and the deceased. The police has submitted charge-sheet in this case.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Babu Ram Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal PS Case No. 17 of 2017 (S.T.
