JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that the Circle Officer has now measured the land in question. This is to be noted that the petitioners have been made accused of the commission of the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323,337,379,353,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code on an allegation that when the Amin was doing measurement of certain land under the orders of the Circle Officer, Jehanabad, the petitioners had chased him and assaulted.

Considering the nature of accusation and subsequent developments, this application is allowed.
