JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-11-2016 Yesterday, no one was present on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. In the present case, prayer has been made to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, commanding the respondents to give direction to the respondent No.3 to conclude the process of appointment within reasonable time.

As per the claim of the petitioner, an advertisement was published in Hindustan daily newspaper on 31.1.2013, inviting applications for appointment on class-IV post. First panel was

Patna High Court CWJC No.14545 of 2013 dt.11-11-2016 2/2 published in the year 2013. The petitioner has filed objection before the respondent No.3 on 08.05.2013 for publishing the final panel. The petitioner is seeking relief of concluding the process of selection and publication of final result, the matter relates to advertisement of 2013. We are in 2016, nothing further has been brought before this Court to show that till date final panel has not been published. The writ petition does not disclose foundational fact.

In such view of the matter, this writ application is dismissed.
