JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The parties have settled their dispute as per written settlement forwarded by the Mediator.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55418 of 2016 (4) dt.19-06-2017 bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.3304 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
