2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.39 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is involved in theft of motorcycle. He has been named by the co-accused from whom the recovery was made.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2025 and he has nine criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43989 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/concerned Court below, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.39 of 2024.

7. The bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.

8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Banka Police Station, Banka on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
