Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No.28 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Though specific allegation of assault is against one Amar Kumar but the petitioner accompanied the other accused persons and they all participated in the killing of the deceased.
