This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Khaira Police Station Case No. 119 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by process of mediation vide Mediation Proceeding No. 44 of 2017 before the Patna High Court Mediation & Reconciliation Centre, Patna. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or
