The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120B, 471, 465, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case, as alleged in the F.I.R. Further submission is that this is a case of purely civil dispute.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43068 of 2016 (8) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., Birpur in connection with Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
