Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 480 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 427, 436, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36595 of 2019. Learned counsel has produced the web
