This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gaighat P.S. Case No. 334 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 342, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested by the police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
