The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 84/17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the occurrence took place on a trivial issue and the injuries are simple in nature, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
