Petitioner submits that he has no connection with the recovered firearms and that merely on the basis of suspicion, he has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that no overt act has been alleged against him and that charge sheet has been submitted and that other co-accused Munna Kumar has been allowed bail by this Court in Cr Misc No 4223 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioner is in custody in connection with this case since 31.07.2017, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63124 of 2017 (4) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Begusarai in Begusarai Nagar Police Station Case No 393 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
