The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 06 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 275, 468, 274, 276 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 (b) (ii) 28, 28 (A), 27 (d) and 27 ( C ) of Drugs and Cosmetic Amendment Act. Allegation as per the F.I.R. against the petitioner is that he along with others is of doing the business of spurious medicine and after receiving information, the Drug Inspector raided the house of Co-accused and recovered spurious drugs and one co-accused, Sunil Kumar named the petitioner as partnership of dealing of spurious drugs.

No.77799 of 2018(3) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is running a separate business with license and on the basis of statement of co-accused, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent Heard learned A.P.P. who opposes the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts as stated above, the petitioner above named, surrender before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 06 of 2017, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be of local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of this Court.
