The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 registered under Sections 328, 302, 379/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Araria.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased respectively. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and politics. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioners with submission that the deceased was tortured physically and mentally and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29004 of 2016 (7) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 thereafter, she was killed by administering the poison by the petitioners and other co-accused persons in her matrimonial home. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
