JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2023 Heard Mr. Mukul Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the University and Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, learned AC to SC 16 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the representation, which was filed by the petitioner, was not comprehensive, as such in want of several detail facts and evidence, the same was rejected.

3. In these backgrounds, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to file a detail representation giving details about the service record of the petitioner before the Registrar of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11659 of 2022(3) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 Jai Prakash University. The Registrar of Jai Prakash University is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner and on consideration of claim of the petitioner, as claimed in the present writ petition, he shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law and ensure to make payment of all the retiral dues including revised pension etc. along with the statutory interest to the petitioner within the aforesaid period of six weeks.

4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
