Patna High Court CWJC No.8378 of 2014 dt.11-10-2018 2/2 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents for issuing release certificates and relevant documents in respect of their minor wards who had been released from brocade factory of Shri Akbar Bari situated at Danilimda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The entire cause of action had arisen in Gujarat from where the children in question were rescued. In absence of any part of the cause of action in Bihar, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
