JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 As a matter of last indulgence, petitioner is granted liberty to appear before the District Magistrate, Rohtas on or before 10.06.2019 and request the District Magistrate for fixing the date of hearing in the matter of cancellation of arms license. In the event such application is filed by the petitioner alongwith the copy of order the District Magistrate, Rohtas shall fix the date for hearing and pass appropriate order within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of filing of such application alongwith the copy of this order.
