JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the order dated 23.08.2014, passed by respondent no. 2, the District Programme Officer( Establishment), Bhojpur at Ara vide Memo No. 3416 and also for commanding the respondents to refrain from interfering in functioning of the petitioner and also to pay the cost of this proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17234 of 2014 (4) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 prefer an appeal before the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of his grievance within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
