Petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No.55 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 211 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report, which does not bear signature either of the petitioner or any of his family members. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019 having clean antecedents.
