The petitioner is in custody in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was among ten miscreants who entered into the house of the informant, assaulted his son and grand son and committed dacoity in the house. The petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2019.
