In the present case, the grievance has been made for non-compliance of order dated 10.02.2015 passed in MJC No. 4860 of 2013, arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 3197 of 1997, which has been disposed of vide order dated 04.08.2011, wherein, the Court had directed for regularization of service of the petitioner. When the order was not complied with, the petitioner filed MJC No. 4860 of 2013, which was disposed of with direction to expedite the process of regularization. The supplementary show cause, filed by the opposite parties, indicates that the order of the Hon'ble Court with regard to regularization of service of the petitioner has been complied with vide letter dated 24.09.2015.
