Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court (then Her Lordship was) vide order dated 19-02-2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4577 of 2013 taking into account that he was the main assailant.

A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported by the trial court that statement of all the accused persons u/S 313 of the Cr.P.C. has already been recorded and within three months, the trial is expected to be concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57484 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2018 petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
