2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the named accused persons have killed the deceased due to land dispute. One Chandan Kumar is said to have assaulted the deceased on his head and the petitioner is said to be the order giver.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
