Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition has been filed for payment of difference of salary and Provident Fund of the petitioner for various periods for which he has filed representation before the respondent no. 6, which is still pending. He submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to respondent no. 6 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 6 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-7 to the writ application, within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order.

5. If it is found that any payment is to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next four weeks.
