The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 551 of 2017 registered under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of a co-accused. No recovery has been made from his possession. The co-accused, on whose statement, his name has transpired has already been granted bail by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief
