The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shyampur Bhatahan P.S. Case No.152 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due land dispute there is case and counter case between the parties. The son of petitioner no.1 has died in that occurrence.
