2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Krishnagarh P.S. Case No. 8 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner stole away D.J. box, mixer machine, dalda, etc. from a temple where the informant is a priest.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the suspicion. He is under custody since 09.03.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Krishnagarh P.S. Case No. 8 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
