JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner stating therein that the dispute between the parties has been settled as per compromise deed annexed with the supplementary affidavit.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.
In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 29002 of 2014 for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C.

No.43905 of 2016 (13) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably as per compromise deed and as such now the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has got no objection. Under the circumstances, the petitioner, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. J.M. 1st Class, Patna in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
