Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394,395,397,412,414 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2017. However, he has not been put on T.I.Parade and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2531 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dumraon Police Station Case No.232 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
