2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021 dated 18.05.2021 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is step-mother of the informant, the main allegation is against the husband of this petitioner, in the present matter two persons are said to have sustained injury whose injury reports' copies have been filed with this petition as Annexure-2 series, which shows that they sustained simple injuries except one injury to the injured Chandan Kumar but the

No.44316 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 same is specifically attributed to the co-accused and the alleged occurrence was not preplanned and the same is alleged to have taken place due to land dispute. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 23.03.2025.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period and her alleged role in the commission of the alleged occurrence, this Court is inclined to release her on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021.
