2. Following is the relief sought for in the present writ application:- "I) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the Nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing upon the respondents and to execute tender its no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10447 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/3 04/MMC/2025-26 and process the tender based on eproc2.bihar.gov.in instead of manual document. II) To direct the respondent to cancel the contract ward to Serial No. 01 tenderer erroneously declared successful.

III) To direct the respondents to start tender process a fresh followed by withdrawal of order declaring an unsuccessful tender as successful tender.

IV) To direct the respondents to enquire the matter of illegality committed to executed and process of Tender No. 04/MM/2025-26.

V) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Upon perusal of record, it appears that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure-P/5 to the writ application) before the Respondent No. 2, which is still pending consideration.

4. Respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, taking into consideration Annexure-P/2 to the writ application, whereby the petitioner has been declared the L-1 bidder, as well as all other relevant materials available. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
