Police conducted raid at the motorcycle repairing shop of Vikash Kumar and apprehended Vikash Kumar, Vicky Kumar and Tuntun Kumar along with four motorcycles. From the seizure list, it is evident that recovery has been shown from the shop of Vikash as well as under his possession. Accordingly, petitioner, Vicky Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in Imamganj PS Case No. 149/2017.
