2. The petitioner retired from the post of Cook-cumServant on 30.09.2022. He has not been granted the benefits of the 2nd ACP and the 3rd MACP. In this regard, he has submitted a representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram on 09.05.2026, and the same has not been considered by the respondent authorities and confines his prayer for disposal of the representation.

3. Accordingly, the concerned respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation with respect to the grant of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9598 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 the benefits of the 2nd ACP as well as the 3rd MACP in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of.
