The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of respondent no.10 to the post of Anganwari Sevika, Anganwari Centre No. 47, Gram Panchayat Khajahanpur, Block Cheriyabariyarpur, in the district of Begusarai.

Since any dispute relatable to the appointment of an Anganwari Sevika can be questioned before the District Programme Officer in terms of Clause 10.5 of the Anganwari Paryavekshika/

Patna High Court CWJC No.971 of 2016 dt.22-06-2017 Sevika/ Sahaika Guidelines, 2011 as amended from time to time, the petitioner could be well advised to exhaust the alternative remedy so available to her before she chooses to move this Court.
