No. 9575 of 2015, this appeal has been filed under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent. Similar appeals filed by similarly situated employees have been considered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1218 of 2016 (Abhinav Kumar & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and by a detailed order passed on 04.05.2017 the appeal has been dismissed.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we see no reason to
