The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 dated 10.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 392, 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner has neither been named in the F.I.R nor anything has been recovered from his possession. He has also not been put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner has earlier been made accused in two other cases and because of his criminal antecedents, he has been arrested in the present case. Looking to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, the period of custody which is from 12.09.2017 and the fact that nothing has been recovered from his possession, this

The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017.
