2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar Excise P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Allegedly, 60.200 litres illicit liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has been made accused in this case at the instance of local persons. As a matter of fact, the real culprit either managed to escape or allowed to go escort free and the

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above, is directed to furnish bail bond after two months from today and on doing so, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prem Chandra Verma, learned Special Excise Court No.-2, Buxar in connection with Buxar Excise P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024.
