Petitioner seeks bail in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376-G Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not named the petitioner. The petitioner has been implicated merely on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42690 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.232 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
