2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.04.2023.

4. The girl in question had eloped with the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge POCSO cum A.D.J-VI, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023.
