In the present case, the petitioner has made a prayer that the respondents should implement the service condition in terms of Bihar Lady Extension Officer Cadre Rules, 2008. In the counter affidavit, it has been stipulated that the petitioner has been given all the benefits under the rule as per Order No. 251724 dated 30.10.2015 (Annexure-D to the counter affidavit). In that view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter. Implementation of the service condition means both notification as well as monetary benefit which should also be given to
