The petitioner seeks bail in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 76/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that police arrested two persons from the place of occurrence and took them in custody. In the meantime, the apprehended persons along with two other co-accused started raising noise in their language. Thereafter, the accused persons as named in the written report along with 50-60 unknown persons attacked the raiding party to

As such, there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 76/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
