This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7379 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court on 06.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7379 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Arwal (Jehanabad), in connection with Complaint Case No. 34 of 2016, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42623 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 before the court below within the stipulated time. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the last paragraph of order dated 06.05.2019, "S.D.J.M., Jehanabad" has wrongly been typed in place of "S.D.J.M., Arwal (Jehanabad)". In view of the above submission, in the last paragraph of order dated 06.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7379 of 2019, the word "S.D.J.M., Jehanabad" be read as "S.D.J.M., Awal (Jehanabad). The period of surrender of petitioner is extended for four weeks from today. The Order dated 06.05.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 7379 of 2019 is modified to the said extent.
