The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29619 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No.419 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50678 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29619 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. 5.
